Job Intro
KOFFi is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Founder’s Office person who is passionate about both operational support and content creation. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to KOFFi’s mission while gaining exposure to various aspects of the business, including operations, strategy, and social media management.
Responsibilities:
- Support the founder with daily operational tasks, strategic planning, and execution of key projects to optimize business processes.
- Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to manage daily activities, ensuring a smooth workflow and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Engage in projects that provide practical solutions to operational challenges, bringing fresh insights and perspectives.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms, including writing posts, designing graphics, and editing videos.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries promptly, and analyze metrics to report on campaign performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to grow KOFFi’s online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Required Skills:
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with a strong academic standing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset for content creation.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to drive operational and social media improvements.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working at an early-stage startup or managing projects of your own ideas.
- Familiarity with the Indian fintech ecosystem, and understanding its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and basic graphic design skills.
Personal Skills:
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and not afraid to ask questions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management skills, especially for remote work.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and apply new technologies and strategies to solve complex operational and content-related issues.
