Job Intro:

KOFFi is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. If you are passionate about social media, fintech, and driving engagement, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to grow our online presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

Required Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, content writing, video editing, and content creation.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the Indian fintech ecosystem.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.

Personal Skills:

  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Not afraid to ask questions and seek feedback.
  • Effective time management skills, especially for remote work.
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and apply new technologies and strategies.
